   Post as many times as you want on social media with different photos for each entry.

The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) U.S. states and Washington, D.C., (excluding U.S. possessions, territories, overseas military installations in foreign countries, outside of the fifty [50] U.S. states) who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Sweepstakes begins 10:00:00 AM ET on 8/22/2024; ends 5:00:00 PM ET on 11/22/2024. During the Sweepstakes Period, participants may enter the Sweepstakes as follows: (1) (i) follow the Sponsor’s Instagram page https://instagram.com/hyattvacayclub?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y= and locate the Sponsor’s Capture the Flag Sweepstakes post, (ii) post a vacation photo which must include the HVC official flag and “#CaptureTheFlagHVCSweepstakes,” (iii) tag @hyattvacayclub in photo or in caption of post; (2) (i) visit the Sponsor’s Facebook page https://m.facebook.com/HyattVacayClub/ and locate the Sponsor’s Capture the Flag Sweepstakes post, and (ii) post a vacation photo which must include the HVC official flag and “#CaptureTheFlagHVCSweepstakes,” or (3) to enter without posting a photo (“AMOE”), hand-write your name, email address, full mailing address, and primary phone number on a 3” x 5” index card and mail it to “HVC Capture the Flag Sweepstakes,” P.O. Box 7767, Melville, NY 11775-7767 (each an “Entry”).  One (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes will be given for each Entry method (i.e., one Entry per photo posted and for each AMOE Entry received). Entrant must have either an active account with Instagram or Facebook in order to enter by posting a photo. The same Entry/photo may not be submitted more than one (1) time. All photos must be taken of your own travel/vacation experiences at a Hyatt Vacation Club resort. All Entries must be received within the Sweepstakes Period; however, AMOE Entries must be postmarked by the end date, and received within five (5) days, after the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. Odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received. One (1) Prize will be awarded. The prize will consist of a certificate for a 5-day/4-night, stay at the winner’s choice of either the Hyatt Vacation Club at the Welk or Hyatt Vacation Club at Wild Oak Ranch, in a studio or 1-bedroom for two (2) people (based on availability) and a swag box to include a paper notebook, ball point pen, tote bag, small HVC branded nylon flag and a $100 Uber Eats gift card (the “Prize”), having an approximate value of US$998.55.
